From past 5 years, starting from 2018, I was preparing to get into the defence forces. In 2022 I joined Eagle Academy. Experience at eagle academy was life changing. Fine tuning done By Respected Khandekar Sir and his precious guidance, helped me alot. Sir supported me in unimaginable ways and showed the path to improvement. Finally on 20 /10/ 2023 I got recommended for AFCAT, it was my 19th SSB attempt . The best thing about the academy is there is no fixed period of training and doors are open from joining, till you get recommended, and even after that. This can help working professionals like myself to keep visiting the academy on my own time and keep learning, evolving and transforming myself. Jai hind My name is Omkar Kulkarni and I joined Col Khandekar's Eagle academy in 2023. I had been to ssb 4 times before coming here in which I reached conference 1 time. I got recommended from 4 AFSB Varanasi on 20th Oct 2023. In this academy I got to learn basic procedure of ssb and what is required to clear it. Sir conducted all the tasks conducted in ssb and gave a detailed review of my performance in the same. Before conducting the tasks sir used brief us about it. He explained every task in GT and also took psychology class where he told us about dos and don'ts and how to write TAT WAT and SRT. Before my ssb he took my interview and suggested me improvements which I inculcated. SSB is such that no one can get you selected or rejected. All you can hope for is that that you get good guidance in the right direction. Col. Khandekar gives straight to the point guidance which is easy to grasp as well as apply. I was happy with the guidance provided. The journey doesn't end after the course is over. You can come back anytime and get advice on medicals, merit list, joining instructions, etc.
Best coaching for SSB, Khandekar sir knows each student's strengths and weaknesses and he helps them to overcome their weaknesses. Best environment and very friendly vibe is there, really great people. I learn so many things not just from sir but also from my classmates.
